While Primacare does cover a wide range of usual and customary primary care services, exclusions for services do exist.  If you are unsure of the coverage status for a particular service, it is recommended that you call the office PRIOR to rendering that service.  Immunizations, allergy testing, the office visit for allergy testing, allergy injections, and allergen blood tests are examples of services not covered under Primacare.  The physician may provide you with recommendations based on best medical practice to provide you with the best possible health care.  Those recommendations are not a guarantee of any type of payment coverage.
