Do updates I make on my patient portal get transmitted to FAFP?
No, updates or changes that you make to your record are not sent to FAFP. It is for your records only. FAFP can't allow patients to make changes to our records. If you need to notify us of an insurance change, pharmacy change or similar, you can do so at your next appointment, by sending a portal message, or by calling the business office at 952.831.1139. You can fax documents that you wish to make part of your record to us at 952.831.0725.
