Dr. John L. Canfield, M.D.

John Canfield is married with 3 grown sons.  Family is the pride of his life.  He entered medicine for the dual purpose of continuing academic stimulation and to fulfill the nurturing part of his personality.  Family practice fits the bill for both.

He is extremely proud of the quality of care we deliver at France Avenue Family Physicians:  The warm, personable, helpful teamwork from staff and physicians working together in the only reason for our professional existence- to serve the medical needs of our patients.

We try to make our patients interaction with the medical environment as pleasant as possible; giving information, recommendations, and acting as our patient's advocate throughout the process.
