The message is separate from your results. Your results from all your lab tests can be viewed by going to the ‘My Health’ tab and clicking 'Results' as shown here:
If you don’t sign up from an invitation sent to you by FAFP, you will need to request us as a connection. At the top right, you will click on ‘My Account’, then ‘Connections’. Once on the connections page, you will ‘Add Connection’ and search for our clinic. A connection takes about 24 business hours for completion as we need to match your request to your chart.
Absolutely. This new portal is completely customizable to your needs. You can receive your notifications by text, email or both. To change those settings go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Preferences’.
If you created a portal account before April 2014, you will need to create a new portal account. FAFP changed our portal vendor to provide you with greater access to your health information.
If you forgot your portal log in information, you can use the forgot password link on the portal home page. For security reasons, FAFP doesn’t have the ability to see your username or password. We can only tell you the method you used to create your account (gmail, yahoo, facebook, etc.).
