DOT Physicals

If you need to have a DOT physical for employment, we can take care of that for you.  Bring all of the paperwork you need completed to your appointment. 

Unless we are contracted with your employer, you will be expected to pay for the visit at the time of service.  Patients then generally give their receipts to the employer for reimbursement.
